Physician Partners
AZHI partners with local cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons and other physicians and specialists to bring the benefits of focused care to cardiovascular patients. As partners, our physicians are actively involved in the creation of full-service cardiovascular centers, outpatient treatment centers and cardiovascular specialty hospitals. As these facilities become operational, these physicians continue to participate in the strategic and operational decisions. This helps maintain our core focus throughout the organization and as a result, we will achieve greater efficiency and higher levels of patient satisfaction.
Clinic Network
AZHI will establish a network of small, strategically located diagnostic clinics throughout the region. These facilities will provide support to the full service cardiovascular hub facility.
Facilities with a Solid Foundation
AZHI facilities will be designed and built to international standards, supporting the implementation of data collection methodologies and the distribution of quality and outcome statistics. Each facility will also seek Joint Commission International Accreditation as well as any local quality designations available.

This complete facility combines all of the diagnostic modalities with corresponding treatment facilities in one convenient location. These stat-of-the-art medical centers capitalize on physician input, the latest technologies and a focused mission to attract the best physicians and staff. These facilities also serve as “patient hubs” in this business model. - Outpatient Treatment Clinics
Cardiovascular treatment centers offer focused diagnostic testing and virtual consults/second opinions to funnel patients to our specialty cardiovascular centers.
